This week for the Get Messy Art Journal Challenge we created two pages of monster cuteness about a special mon-stor’s adoption.
Pages for Week Eleven

Meet Cerser:
Seriously into mystery novels, Cerser thinks he is the next Sherlock Holmes! He can often be found snooping on the back of doors, listening for a juicy bit of gossip – I mean, clue!
Emmett adopted a mon-stor named Cerser from Lu and Ed. It’s an adorable storage solution and my son loves feeding his monster trains, books, and toys. Naturally, we made this week’s journal about his new friend and also made a monster notebook with the “Tibly” sticker Lu and Ed added to the package. We made an adoption certificate for the art journal, drew & colored a picture of Cerser, and added an envelope to put his letter in.
What type of storage solutions do you use?

God those monsters are adorable!
Uncustomary Art.
I know, right?!
I love this! Browsing Lu & Ed now… I’m going to have to get myself some of those gadget pouches.
Thanks Michelle. The gadget mon-stors are pretty cute.
